Pursuant to the earlier direction passed on 28.02.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.15 Rakib 17.01.2025, State has submitted a report. Report reflects that police authorities have drawn up proceedings under Section 126 of the BNSS.

Petitioners feel insecured because of the act and actions and threats of the private respondents. In view of the proceedings under Section 126 of the BNSS pending, I direct that if further report are received from the petitioners, to the extent that the private respondent are interfering with their life and liberty, in such circumstances the Inspector-in-Charge, English Bazar Police Station will bring to the notice of the learned Executive Magistrate, in siesin of English Bazar Police Station NON FIR PR NO. 2267/2024 dated 31.12.2024 the learned Executive Magistrate would be at liberty on the basis of the said police report to pass necessary directions upon the private respondents for maintaining good behaviour including the factum of

directing to stay outside the jurisdiction for a period of three months.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 264 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioners.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
