The petitioner is aggrieved that the First Appellate Authority under the Right to Information Act, 2005 has not disposed of the appeal of the petitioner dated 22nd September, 2021.

In that view of the matter, the learned Additional District Magistrate (Development) & Appellate Authority, Nadia may dispose of the petitioner's appeal as above within a period of two months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
