Raha ... for the Petitioner(s) Mr. Sujan Chatterjee ... for the State-respondent(s) Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that certain inconveniences are being faced because of the conditions which have been imposed while granting bail to the petitioner. However, both the advocates are unable to apprise this court regarding the present status of the trial of the case. The learned Special Court/trial court would assess whether the evidence of the victim and the vulnerable witnesses is over. In case, such evidence is over, the court would exercise its discretion in favour of the present petitioner by modifying and/or waiving the conditions.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
