Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application upon Mr. Pravas Bhattacharya, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State. His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

The grievance of the petitioner is that an application was filed on 29.11.2023 before the learned trial court. The contents of the said application do not reflect that both the parties consented to file such an application. Only the accused has averred in the application regarding his willingness. Be that as it may, the petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the application is pending without being considered.

In case a proper application is preferred by the parties which would include the accused and the victim, the learned trial court would consider the same in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of filing of the application.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 15 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
