The present revision has been preferred against an order dated 22.03.2021 and 16.12.2021 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Court, Howrah. A Coordinate Bench of this court vide an order dated 18.05.2022 had transferred the proceeding to the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Howrah. IA No.: CRAN 2 of 2022 has been filed praying for modification of the said order.

There is no representation on behalf of either side in the present case in spite of repeated calls. Considering the conduct of the petitioner and the fact being that the proceeding under the domestic Violence Act is being delayed before the trial court The present criminal revision is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise the issue raised in the present case before the appropriate forum.

The revisional application being CRR 17 of 2022 stands disposed of.

All applications connected thereto stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.

Urgent Xerox certified copies of this order, if applied for, shall be supplied to the learned counsel for the parties as expeditiously as possible, in compliance of usual formalities.
