Copies of such affidavits have already been served on Ms. Sengupta, learned advocate for the petitioner.

It has been specifically stated in paragraph 5 of the said affidavit that the appointment of the petitioner has been approved without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the appellants in the pending appeal. It has also been specifically stated in those affidavits that the alleged contemnor no. 3 has

released the arrear claim of the petitioner from April 7, 2017 to June 30, 2023 vide memo dated July 11, 2023 amounting to Rs. 16,20,591/-.

Since the order has been complied with, the contempt application stands disposed of and the rule stands discharged.

There shall be no order as to costs.
