Rojifa Begum Mr. Sharanya Chatterjee........for applicant/appellant I.A. no. CAN 2 of 2020 (Old CAN 417 of 2020) is application for restoration of the application and appeal, dismissed for default by coordinate Bench on 4th November, 2019. Mr. Chatterjee, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant and submits, the application was made upon delay of 39 days. I.A. no. C.A.N. 3 of 2021 is application for condonation of delay. He files affidavit of service demonstrating postal article confirmed to have been delivered to respondent. We have perused causes shown in both applications and accept the same. The delay is condoned. Order dated 4th November, 2019 is recalled and the appeal and application restored to file and number. I.A. no. CAN 2 of 2020 (Old CAN 417 of 2020) and I.A. no. C.A.N. 3 of 2021 are disposed of.

Applicant will serve copy of this order on respondent and file affidavit of service.
