Counsel for the alleged contemnor is present. The contemnor namely Sujal Bhandari is present in person in compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 13.03.2020 and filed a compliance report. It reveals from the compliance report that in terms of the order passed by this Court dated 13.02.2017, an urgent meeting of the Gram Panchayet was called and a decision was taken for demolition of the illegal construction made by the private respondent. A notice was also sent to the private respondent but the private respondent refused to accept the notice and accordingly, the Gram Panchayet has taken resolution for demolition of the illegal construction and the same was duly communicated to the concerned Block Development Officer as well as private respondent. After getting the copy of the decision of the Gram Panchayet, the private respondent has demolished the illegal construction of the roof in presence of the prodhan.

The Court has satisfied with the report submitted by

the contemnor.

WPCRC 21 of 2020 is disposed of.

The personal appearance of the contemnor is dispensed with.
