State has submitted a report, which reflects that the police authorities have already registered Tiljala P.S. Case No. 20 of 2025 dated 10.1.2025.

Having considered the same, I am

of the view that the primary grievance for which the writ petitioner has approached this court has been addressed by the police authorities.

Mr.

Ganguly, learned Senior Advocate, submits that the act and actions of the police authorities are in gross derogation of the statutory powers.

Be that as it may, since the petitioner has approached this court, the respondent no.5 would be at liberty to take out an appropriate application in dealing with the FIR registered pursuant to the complaint dated 4.11.2024.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 265 of 2025 is disposed of.
