We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner impersonated a deceased person and assisted in illegal transfer of land. Prayer for anticipatory bail of co-accused had been turned down. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
