It appears from the office report that Ld. Advocate, Mr. Rajdeep Bhattacharya has entered appearance by filing Vakalatnama vide filing no. A13729 on 08.12.2021 without taking formal no objection from the erstwhile Ld. Advocate-on-record, Mr. Kamal Krishna Das.

Ld. Advocate appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that the erstwhile Ld. Advocate-on-record, Mr. Kamal Krishna Das has died long ago and as such he is unable to obtain no objection from the previous Ld. Advocate-on-record.

It appears from the case record that there is no document stating the fact of death of the erstwhile Ld. Advocate-on-record, Mr. Kamal Krishna Das.

During the hearing of the matter when Mr.

Bhattacharya was asked to submit an affidavit stating fact of death of the erstwhile Ld. Advocate-on-record, Mr. Kamal Krishna Das, he suggests this Lawazima Court to issue administrative notice upon the appellant requesting them to submit an affidavit stating the aforesaid fact. Heard.
