(Via Video Conference) The appellant is not represented nor any accommodation is prayed for on behalf of the appellant. We have considered the report filed by the Assistant Registrar-II dated 18th December, 2021 showing noncompliance of the earlier order dated 15th November, 2021. In spite of giving repeated opportunities to put in Talabana along with written up notice forms for effecting service of notice of appeal upon the respondent Nos.1 to 3 since 5th March, 2017, no attempt has been made by the appellant to put in the requisites. We made it clear in the earlier order dated 15th November, 2021 that in the event requisites are not put in on or before 13th December, 2021, the appeal may be dismissed for non-compliance of the aforesaid order.

Accordingly, the appeal, being FA 163 of 2006, stands dismissed for non-compliance of the earlier order. All interim orders stand vacated.

L.C.R., if had arrived in the meantime, shall be immediately sent back to the Lower Court along with a copy of this order.

The learned Registrar Administration (L&OM) must ensure the compliance of this order.
