I have considered the matter. Counsel on behalf of alleged contemnor no. 1 is present in Court and submits that the electricity meter has been installed as directed. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, however, submits that electricity connection from the meter-board to his portion of the premises is not available as the private respondent in the writ petition is not allowing him to do the same.

In my view, there is no contempt of the order dated January 28, 2020. The petitioner shall be at liberty to proceed against any party in accordance with law. Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
