So far as the accusation of the petitioners in the writ petition is concerned, the answer to the same in this report seems to be very vague. However, the petitioners have approached this Court for police assistance. Consequently, I am of the view that if the petitioner is faced with inconveniences in respect of the property referred to in the writ petition and if the petitioner complains to the concerned police station, it would be the duty of the Officer-in-Charge to ensure that any untoward incident do not take place or the situation is not blown out of proportion.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 322 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the petitioners.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
