Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that a representation made before the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education on 10th of February, 2020 has not been considered by the Secretary till date. Mr. Biswas, learned Counsel appears for the West Bengal Board of Primary Education.

As the representation dated 10th of February, 2020 has not been considered by the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education, being the respondent No.4, in the instant application, the Secretary is requested to consider the representation of the petitioner after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and allow him to produce all necessary documents at the time of hearing. The Secretary should also pass a reasoned order in accordance with

law within a period of eight weeks from today and communicate the same to the petitioner at an earliest. The learned Advocate-on-record of the petitioner is requested to serve a copy of this writ petition along with a copy of this order to the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education within seven days from date.

The writ petition is disposed of.

No order as to costs.

Since no affidavit is called for, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
