C.R.A.N. 1 of 2021 In C.R.M. 80 of 2021 In Re. : An application for relaxation/Modification of condition of bail. In connection with Bolpur Police Station Case No 334/2020 dated 24/12/2020 under Sections 498A/323/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has sought for waiver of the condition of bail imposed vide order dated 13.01.2021 in C.R.M. 80 of 2021. The order reflects that the petitioner was released on anticipatory bail subject to the condition under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and on further condition that the petitioner no.2 shall meet the Investigating Officer twice in a week until further orders on and from 15th January, 2021.

Let a report of Investigating Officer be called for about compliance of those two conditions embodied in the said order. Let the matter be listed on August 5, 2021.
