For the petitioner The fundamental issue in this application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India relates to a prayer for expeditious disposal of Title Appeal No.62 of 2016, pending before the learned Additional District Judge, Chandernagore, District - Hooghly.

No notice is required to be served as the order of expeditious disposal will not prejudice the other side in any manner. Thus, service of notice upon the opposite parties is dispensed with.

From the record, it appears that Title Appeal No.62 of 2016 is pending for a considerable period. Accordingly, the learned Additional District Judge, Chandernagore, District - Hooghly, is requested to dispose of the appeal, bearing Title Appeal No.62 of 2016, as expeditiously as possible, after disposing of the application under Order VI Rule 17 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, without granting any unnecessary

adjournment to either of the parties to this appeal, unless extreme emergent ground demands so.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner is at liberty to communicate this order to the learned Additional District Judge, Chandernagore, District - Hooghly, as well as the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the opposite parties/defendants before the learned Trial Court.

With the above observation, the revisional application, being CO 22 of 2023, stands disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
