The learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that there is a long standing dispute between the petitioners and the de facto complainant and the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the criminal proceedings. The learned advocate appearing for the State respondent submits that upon completion of investigation charge sheet has already been filed. Having heard the learned advocates and considering the materials in the case diary, the nature of allegations and the extent of complicity of the petitioners in the alleged offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail being CRM No.81 of 2021 is, thus, rejected.
