From the order dated November 14, 2025, it transpires that on the said date as well, none had appeared for the appellants and a last chance was given to the appellants to appear and argue these matters. 3.

Since even today, none appears for either of the parties, SA No. 1376 of 1965 and SA No. 1377 of 1965 are dismissed for default without any order as to costs. 4.

Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
