Accordingly, we record compliance of our order 17th August, 2021, although belatedly by the Additional Chief Secretary to the Government of West Bengal and Home Secretary, leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the said order dated 25th March, 2022 before the appropriate forum.

In view of the above the contempt application being CPAN 10 of 2022 is disposed of.
