The petitioner submits that her name was not included within the exempted category list by the employment exchange.

Annexure P-3 to the writ petition is a letter dated December 7, 2021 issued by the State Public Information Officer & Special Land Acquisition Officer, Purulia. By this communication, the father of the petitioner was informed that the name of the petitioner could not be included in the exempted category as she had not applied as per the requirement of law.

3. The writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to apply before the appropriate authority for inclusion of her name in the exempted category list. If the authority, upon examination of records and hearing of the petitioner, is of the view that the name should be included in the exempted category list on the ground that her father was land loser, then steps shall be taken. If the concerned authority is of

the view that the petitioner could not be included in the exempted category list, then a reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of the receipt of the petitioner's application.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of the order.
