1. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits he is in custody for 211 days. Investigation is complete. He prays for bail.

2. Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Statement of witness shows petitioner was seen running with a knife in his hand from the place of occurrence. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
