In Re: CAN 1 of 2023 IA CAN 1 of 2023 is moved by the learned counsel for the petitioner praying for condonation of long delay of 176 days in filing the restoration application being CAN 2 of 2025.

Considering the grounds as made out in the application and in the interest of justice, the application for condonation of delay is allowed on the delay being condoned.

IA No. CAN 1 of 2023 stands disposed of.

In Re: CAN 2 of 2025 This is an application for recalling the order dated 25.01.2023 by which the instant revisional application was dismissed for default. Considering the

grounds as made out in the application the order dated 25.01.2023 is hereby recalled in the interest of justice.

WPA 130 of 2021 is restored to its own file and number.

Department to note accordingly.

CAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of accordingly.

The petitioner is directed to effect fresh service upon the other respondents except the State and file affidavits-of-service on the next date of hearing.

The service shall be in respect of the restoration of the writ application.

Let the matter be listed in the Monthly List of May, 2025.
