They were also not represented on last occasion i.e. on 05.12.2025, when the parties were specially directed to take necessary steps by this day.

In view of the facts of repeated nonappearance and failure to comply with the Court's directions, it is conclusively inferred that the parties are no longer interested in prosecuting the instant matter.

Considering the protracted duration for which this matter has remained pending and the demonstrated lack of interest by the litigant, CR 961 of 1995 shall stand dismissed for default. Consequently, all connected pending applications, if any, shall also stand automatically dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Rule stands discharged.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
