A.G.P., Mr. Anirban Sarkar ...for the State Counsel for the petitioner complains that notwithstanding the order passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kakdwip, South 24 Parganas in Title Suit No. 258 of 2017, the private respondents have violated the same.

The remedy of the petitioner is under Order 39, Rule 2(a) of the CPC.

The Officer-in-Charge, Frazerganj Coastal Police Station shall strictly abide by any order that may be passed by the Civil Court.

The Officer-in-Charge, Frazerganj Coastal Police Station shall also ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
