We find, along with the appeal, there is an application pending. The application was called by coordinate Bench on 7th December, 2020 when respondents were represented but applicant / appellant was not. It appears from order dated 7th December, 2020, respondents had submitted there was refusal of interim order on order dated 24th November, 2017, yet instant application. Order sheet further reveals, on 21st January, 2021 (yesterday), none had appeared.

We are convinced appellant is not interested. However, we only dismiss the application for default. List the appeal on 25th January, 2021.
