Perused the office report dated 14.03.2023/13.04.2023 ,point no.(I) of the office report dated 31.07.2009, the order dated 16.11.2009 passed by the Lawazima Court ,orders dated 22.11.2021, 15.03.2022, and finally the order dated 29.03.2022 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench.

On 16.11.2009 the Lawazima Court passed direction upon the learned advocate for the appellant to put in the requisites under office report dated 31.07.2009 within two weeks for effecting service of notice of appeal upon the respondent nos.1-6(all) , and in default, the matter shall be placed before the Hon'ble Bench. More than Thirteen years have passed , and in the meantime, the Hon'ble Division Bench was pleased to give ample opportunities vide the orders dated 22.11.2021, 15.03.2022 to the appellants to remove the defects stated as above but according to the office report dated 14.03.2023/13.04.2023 requisites have not yet been filed for effecting service of notice of appeal upon the respondent nos.1-6(all).

In the order dated 29.03.2022, the Hon'ble Division Bench was pleased to direct interalia, "On the prayer of the learned Counsel for the appellants, the time to comply with the order dated 16th November, 2009 is peremptorily extended by 10 days from date. In default, the appeal stands dismissed without any further reference to this Court."
