Dan ... ... for the State Pursuant to the the earlier order dated 5th June, 2023, Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned Advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report of the Commissioner of Police, Chandannagar Police Commissionerate wherein it reflects that the accused namely, Ranjit Singh @ Kelo has been found to be not guilty for the offence charged and has been acquitted by the learned Special Court.

The report so submitted by the Commissioner of Police, Chandannagar Police Commissionerate be kept with the record. In view of the report, nothing survives in the present revisional application.

Accordingly, CRR 22 of 2023 is disposed of.
