It appears from the report that the administrative notice has been issued upon the learned advocate for the appellant and also upon the appellant.

Department has reported that an unserved envelope has been received from the postal department with the endorsement deceased in so far as the advocate of the appellant is concerned and not known in so far as the present appellant is concerned.

It appears that the notice was sent to the appellant at his last known address.

In view of the non-compliance of the order dated 21st December, 2022 the appeal stands disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to

costs.

Department is directed to send the lower court records at once.
