1. Learned counsel for the petitioner alleges that there is a large scale of misappropriation of funds allotted to the 6th respondent, Das Radhakanta & Co. by the Government.

2. Representations were made to the authorities and the learned Government counsel submitted that already the second respondent, namely, the Registrar has taken note of the complaint and action has been initiated.

3. In the light of the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to conduct an inquiry and conclude the proceeding and pass a reasoned order on merit in accordance with law after notice to all concerned within eight weeks from the date of receipt of server copy of this order.
