Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. Petitioner was evading court for a considerable period of time. As such, the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Katwa, Purba Bardhaman was pleased to issue warrant of arrest.

As the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner undertakes that he would abide by the conditions imposed by the learned trial court, last opportunity is granted to the petitioner. Accordingly, if the petitioner appears and surrenders by 15th March, 2024 and prays for bail, the learned court would allow the petitioner to continue on the same bail and bond subject to the conditions that he shall not leave the jurisdiction of Ketugram Police Station and would report to the Inspector-in-Charge, Ketugram Police Station once a week till further order of the court. In case the petitioner do not surrender by 15th March, 2024, the learned trial court would resort to harsher process of law adhering to the

provisions of Section 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure on 16th March, 2024.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 19 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
