1. Mr. Ghosh, learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the respondent no. 3 has sent an intimation regarding the costs of requisite fees for complying the order dated 07.08.2025 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barasat. A copy of such intimation has been handed over to the petitioners in Court today.

2. The petitioners will deposit such costs by 30.01.2026.

3. The police authorities will provide adequate force and assistance to ensure compliance of the order dated 07.08.2025.

4. With these directions, WPA 287 of 2026 is disposed of. No order as to costs.
