The petitioner alleges that though he has been treated as a beneficiary in respect of the Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana (Urban) but the money that was receivable by him has not been disbursed in his favour till date.

The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Municipality submits, upon instructions, that the payment will be disbursed in favour of the beneficiaries in accordance with the serial mentioned in the priority list. It has been submitted that the money will be disbursed in favour of the petitioner as and when his turn comes.

The petitioner has not been able to make out a case that money has been disbursed in

favour of the persons whose names appear below him in the priority list.

In that view of the matter no relief can be granted in the instant case. The Municipality shall disburse the funds in respect of the aforesaid Yojana, strictly in accordance with the serial mentioned in the priority list.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
