The petitioner says that in respect of renewal of stage carriage permit he made delay in making the application for renewal and that is why he has also paid late fee for such delay. But till date his renewal application has not been considered. For this reason, the petitioner filed one representation which is at page 24 (Annexure P-3 of the writ application) dated 26th April, 2016 which was received on 11th December, 2020. Now the petitioner submits that he has only an innocuous prayer for consideration of his representation by the Secretary of the State Transport Authority, West Bengal.

Let the said representation be considered by the Secretary of the State Transport Authority within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With the above direction, the matter is disposed of.
