The present revision had been preferred against an order dated 20.12.2021 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, First Court-in-Charge and Special Court under POCSO Act, Kakdwip, District- South 24 Parganas in POCSO Case No.25 of 2000.

Learned counsel for the State is present Considering the prayer of the petitioner, let the written instruction be kept with the record.

Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the revisional application as prayed for.

CRR 22 of 2022 accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn.
