Report filed by the police in connection with FIR No. 114 dated October 21, 2022 discloses that report in final form-civil in nature-has been submitted before the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta. Copy of the same has been forwarded to the learned advocate for the petitioner.

From the submission made on behalf of the parties, it appears that there are several factual issues, which are required to be adjudicated by the Court to grant relief to the petitioner. Such factual issues cannot be decided by the writ Court.

It will be open for the petitioner to approach the learned Court in seisin of the matter for further relief. The writ petition stands disposed of.
