1. Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

2. Perused the case diary.

3. The prosecution case is that the petitioners being armed with weapons came inside the de-facto complainant's house and assaulted several persons. Three persons received injuries. Some of these were deep cut injuries and some cut injuries on vital part of body like head.

4. Considering the above and the materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
