Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 183 days and the victim is intentionally avoiding the court.

Learned advocate appearing for the State has produced the case diary and drawn the attention of the Court to the statement of the victim.

Having considered the medical evidence as well as the victim's statement, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at this stage. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Learned Special Court would ensure that the victim is examined within a reasonable period of time.

Petitioner would renew his prayer for bail after the evidence of the victim is over.

Case diary be returned to learned advocate appearing for the State.

The application for bail, being CRM (M) 69 of 2026, is, thus, disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
