Despite several orders of the Registry and the order of a Coordinate Bench of this Court dated 10th August, 2016, the appellant has not put in requisites for service of notice of appeal upon the sole respondent. 2.

Although, Mr. Debanjan Mukherjee represents the respondent, he has no clue of the nature of the appeal.

It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeal.

Hence, FA 387 of 2008 is dismissed.

In view of the dismissal of the FA 387 of 2008, all connected pending applications, if any, shall also stand dismissed.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

There shall be no order as to costs.
