Mr. Supriya Majumder ... for the State-respondent(s) Re The petitioner made representations with the Superintendent of Police, Bankura along with the Officer-in-charge of Patrasayer Police Station, Bankura. The nature of the accusations relate to disputes and differences regarding registration of Patrasayer PS Case No. 75 of 2018.

The petitioner alleges in his representation which was sent on 18th December, that he has been pressurised by the accused persons for withdrawal of the case.

Mr. Samanta, learned advocate, appears on behalf of the State.

Since substantial time has elapsed in the meantime, the police authorities would assess whether any inconveniences are faced by the petitioner persists till date. If there are any issues relating to breach of the peace and/or tranquility, the police authorities would monitor the same and would also ensure that no untoward incident results because of the inimical relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 159 of 2024 is disposed of.
