Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

The petitioners pray for removal of unauthorized encroachment over government land. Though a representation is annexed to the writ petition made by the petitioners addressed to the Assistant Engineer, Public Works (Roads), Directorate but there is no proof of service of the said letter upon the authority. 3.

In view of the above, leave is granted to the petitioner to file comprehensive representation/objection with all supporting documents to the Executive Engineer being the respondent no.2 herein highlighting all the illegalities.

In the event such a representation is made, the same shall be considered by the aforesaid authority in accordance with law, after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties at the earliest but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order. A

reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to all the parties immediately thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
