The petitioner seeks for consideration of his representation dated 23.04.2018 wherein the petitioner highlights certain long pending democratic grievances of the citizens of the Districts of Darjeeling and Kalimpong and adjoining areas in the State of West Bengal. It is not clear as to what is the outcome of the said representation. In any event, the representation is of the year 2018, at this juncture the question of issuing a writ of mandamus sought for would not arise.
