Mr. Sarkar, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been illegally implicated in the said criminal proceedings and he is in custody for 121 days. Heard Mr. Kutubuddin, learned advocate appears for the State. Having considered the materials placed in the case diary, the medical report and the extent of the complicity of the petitioner in the alleged offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the present petitioner.
