This court directed the petitioner to add them as parties and serve copy upon them. Those candidates being the respondent nos.4, 5, 7 and 8 have already been expunged as their medium of instruction was Urdu whereas the medium of instruction of the petitioner was Bengali. In respect of respondent no.6 also affidavit has been filed like the above respondent nos.4, 5, 7 and 8 wherefrom it appears that his medium of instruction was Urdu (vide Annexure-B page 6 Serial no.227 in that annexure).

Therefore, I do not find any merit in this application and the writ application is dismissed. The affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no.6 is kept on record.
