It appears that the judgment in this case has been passed on the basis of the pleadings and other materials on record including the trial Court records. At this stage, once the judgment has been passed there is no scope for amendment of the memo of appeal, considering that the pleadings are based on trial Court records. The amendment prayed for is though technical in nature and as such, the appellants are at liberty to make the necessary prayer before the learned Registrar General on affidavit who shall be at liberty to consider the same in accordance with law.

IA No. CAN 4 of 2025 stands disposed of.
