Mr. Basu learned advocate appearing for the 28.02.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.16 Rakib petitioner submits that pursuant to the steps taken by the police authorities, the victim girl has already been recovered.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the victim girl has been recovered.

In view of the purpose for which the writ petition was preferred having been subserved further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly WPA 320 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.
