In view of the above, leave is given to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner to implead Mr. Shoojit Kumar Maity, as the alleged contemnor in place of Sri Sangha Mitra Makur and Mrinmoy Ghosh.

Let the amendment be carried out here and now striking out the names of Sri Sangha Mitra Makur and Mrinmoy Ghosh.

Mr. Bhaskar Prasad Vaisya, learned Counsel for the alleged contemnor submits that the matter of releasing the financial benefits to the petitioners is now pending before the Director of School Education, Government of West Bengal. Mr. Vaisya, seeks for one week's time so that the financial benefits may be given to the petitioners. Having heard learned Counsels for the parties and on consideration of the instructions as received by Mr. Vaisya from the Authority concerned the alleged contemnor is directed to release the financial benefits in favour of the

petitioners Biplab Kumar Das, Milan Kayal and Tapas Kumar Mondal positively by 16th May, 2023.

The matter is made returnable on 16th May, 2023. ( Rabindranath Samanta, J.)
