He further submits that by an order dated December 09, 2021 the matter has been disposed of after hearing all the parties.

Accordingly, he prays that the contempt rule be discharged and this contempt application be disposed of. In the light of the same, no further order needs be passed in the contempt application.

Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of and the contempt rule is discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.
