ASG Mr. Mary Datta, Advocates ... ...For the NCB Considering the fact that commercial quantity of narcotic was seized from the possession of the petitioner, we are of the view that the petitioner is unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985.

Consequently, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The Court is informed that the trial is in progress. The trial court is requested to fix the consecutive dates of trial and endeavour to adhere to the same. The trial Court is also requested not to grant any unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (NDPS) 20 of 2022 is dismissed.
