Counsel for the Indian Oil Corporation Limited submits that the appeal and the writ petition have become infructuous because of an order dated 17th May, 2023 passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Civil Appeal No. 3824 of 2023 arising out of S.L.P. (C) No. 3778 of 2023 (Bolbam Service Station - Vs. - Sandip Kuila & Ors.) that was heard along with Civil Appeal No. 3825 of 2023 arising out of S.L.P. (C) No. 3979 of 2023.

Let a copy of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India be taken on record.

M.A.T. No. 2101 of 2022 and M.A.T. No. 8 of 2023 are disposed of as infructuous. Consequently W.P.A. 28643 of 2022 is disposed of as infructuous.

In view of disposal of these appeals, all the connected applications are disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
